Collaborative Family Law

What is Collective Family Law & How Can It Help?
Collaborative Family Law is a team approach to resolving family law disputes without going to court.  Lawyers have special training.  (Not all lawyers do this.)  Clients sign agreements that if they decide to take the dispute to court, they will have to hire different lawyers.  Four-way meetings (both clients and both lawyers) and joint experts/reports are used to help parties negotiate a settlement.

This is an option for even high conflict cases, if the parties are committed to resolving the issues, without the cost and delay of a court proceeding.
